What customers say?

“ Enjoying delicious youtiao, soymilk, and 蔥抓餅 in the chilly air on Christmas Day is truly delightful—no wonder Christmas is called the most wonderful time of the year. ”

- Poh Yun -

“ Great place for breakfast. Just ask for the English menu if you need it. Found it on the last day of our travels. The soy milk Taiwanese breakfast was better than some others recommended by blogs ”

- Lee Glanzmann -

“ Great little place for breakfast. Less busy than the one just a little further down, but with a constant stream of locals getting takeaway - always a good sign. They can provide a menu in English. No seats, with 2 little tables to stand if you’re not taking away ”

- Aaron Loy -

“ Great find. This is a simple breakfast joint serving scallion pancakes and soy milk. It seems to be run by a mom and a pop. They cook it fast and have a line of customers. They also have an English menu if you ask for it. It's super cheap too. ”

- Jon Sry -

“ The day after our disappointing experience at another restaurant, we decided to give this local shop a try for breakfast. The food was excellent, with great taste and warmth, and the owners were very friendly, asking plenty of questions to ensure we had a wonderful experience. Although there were no seats, it didn't bother us, and we enjoyed our meal. ”

- Marie So -

“ We found this authentic local breakfast restaurant after visiting another soy milk breakfast restaurant on YouTube, but they were out of soy milk items. And this place offered what we wanted! You can ask for an English menu and the staff are very nice. We ordered Salty Soy Milk soup with deep fried dough sticks, sweet Soy Milk and a breakfast sandwich. We took them to go so we could eat in our hotel room as we got a bit tired of walking to find this restaurant after 1st soy milk restaurant didn't work out. But if you want to eat in, they have a place next door to eat in. High recommend if you want authentic local breakfast. ”

- Deko L -

“ Tried their salted soya milk (鹹豆漿), which has some fried bread sticks (油條) inside. To be fair, it was quite good for something on the street. Also had their steamed bun with egg (饅頭夾蛋) and it was very filling. Take note this place doesn't have a seating area, just a standing area. ”

- Travelling Hora -

“ I have tried the Chinese omelette here for the first time, and also the radish cake - they both very very delicious, juicy enough and of course very cheap. There are plenty of places where you can buy these dishes and I am not telling that this is the best, but a good place to start your gastronomic adventure:) ”
